Dog-Park-Application - please note that if you will be printing off this application to drop off or mail in to City Hall with your payment (if applicable), your application must be accompanied by a copy of the Rabies Vaccination Certificate from your Veterinarian and a copy of the Dog License Registration from your City or County Clerk.

CITY OF WAUTOMA DOG PARK RULES

  1.   Immediately clean up and dispose of feces left by your dog.
  2.   No aggressive dogs allowed.  Dogs with a known history of, or who exhibit aggressive or dangerous behavior are prohibited.  Immediately leash your dog and leave the park if your dog displays aggressive behavior.
  3.  Dogs must be licensed (with tags on collar), healthy, fully immunized (Rabies) and de-wormed.
  4.   Proof of approved dog park pass must be present (season pass dog tag must be on collar; one day pass with handler.
  5. Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and leaving the park.
  6. Owners must carry a leash for their dogs at all times.
  7. Collars are to be worn at all times.  No pincher or spiked collars allowed.
  8. Maximum number of dogs per adult is 2.
  9. Keep your dog in sight and never leave dogs in the park unattended.
  10. Fill any holes your dog may dig.
  11. Please ask owner’s permission before approaching their dog.
  12. Dogs in heat are not permitted in the park.
  13. Puppies under 6 month of age are not permitted in the park.
  14. No food of any kind, including dog chews and/or rawhides, are allowed within the fenced area.
  15. No littering.  Place all trash in receptacles.
  16. No bikes are allowed in the dog park.
  17. Climbing on or over the fence is not permitted.
