The City of Wautoma has funds available to do repair & rehab on income eligible households. Repairs include, but are not limited to:

• roof work
• siding
• windows
• doors
• electrical
• plumbing
• foundation repair
• wells & septics
• energy conservation measures
• handicap accessibility issues
• heating system replacement
• water heater replacement
• lead hazard reduction

Funds are available as a 0% interest deferred loan.
